We have used Loves for over 15 years and my father-in-law used them for years before that. Loves has always been honest and professional. They are friendly and remember me when I walk in. Going to loves is like getting all auto service and a show.
I moved to Florida from PA about 5 years ago and was uncertain how long it would be before I found another shop that was trustworthy, honest and reliable. When I lived in PA the shop I took my cars to felt like an extension of my family. They never suggested work that wasn't necessary, nor did they make repairs that I assumed my car needed if it wasn’t truly required or needed, instead they would tell me what the real issue was and often times the issue was a small fix rather than a major repair. The first time I took my car to Love’s I had a similar experience. After taking a look at my car they quoted me a repair that was different then what I expected but after they did the repairs the car drove great. Thankfully I never really needed any major work in the 8 years I had the car but when time came to get my front end repaired Love’s did a great job. The staff at Love's have given me the comfort that I had with my old shop in PA and I have recommended them on many occasion to co-workers that also live in the Valrico area. Although I recently got a new SUV and put to rest my old trusted Grand Marquis I will still continue to take my business to Love's. They have the right people, with the right attitude, and perfect name because you definitely feel the Love when you walk into their shop. You would be hard pressed to find another honest repair shop that takes care of you the way Love's does. Highly recommend them your vehicle will be in great hands.
I had a tire that my teenager had blown out and when I called in the morning they were able to fit me right in. They found a tire quickly for me at a fantastic price and had everything taken care of super fast. I felt respected and was treated well, whereas I’ve felt like a “dumb woman” at other repair places. I will never go anywhere else for my automotive needs.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere with staff who are very professional and knowledgeable in their field....This is the place to go. At the least give it a try. I had to get all new tires for my Rogue and not only did they help me and answered all of my questions; they did it with patience. Trust me I needed someone that would not rush me as I know nothing about cars. They took care of everything from start to finish! This is my families new “Automotive” place for all of our cats. Family owner and they make you feel very welcomed....
